Frequently Asked Questions

How does Redline Studio work?▼
Redline Studio reads and modifies the protobuf data files inside ACE EVO's content archive. It gives you a visual interface to adjust engine, turbo, suspension, and other car parameters that are normally buried in binary files. All changes are made to your local game files only.
Will I get banned from online play?▼
Redline Studio is designed exclusively for offline and single-player use. Always use the one-click "Reset to Stock" feature before going online. We strongly recommend keeping modifications to private sessions only.
Can I break my game?▼
No. Redline Studio stores a baseline of every file before modification. You can reset any car to stock with one click. If anything goes wrong, Steam's "Verify integrity of game files" restores everything to factory settings.
What happens when the game updates?▼
Redline Studio detects when the game archive has changed and warns you. After a game update, verify your game files through Steam, reload the archive, and refresh stock data from the server. Your saved tunes can be re-applied.
How do I get my license key?▼
It's free and instant. Join the Discord server, run /getkey (or click the Get Key button), and the bot DMs you a key right away. Paste it into Redline Studio and click Activate.
Which cars are supported?▼
Every car in ACE EVO is supported — currently 55+ cars including GT3, GT4, road cars, and more. New cars added by Kunos are automatically detected when they appear in the archive.
Is it really free? What's the catch?▼
Yes, fully free. Donations help cover hosting and development time but they're optional and one-time — no subscription, no expiry on your key. Lost your key? Run /mykey in the Discord and the bot will show it to you again.
